Apartment – Residential Project

HOME WHERE THE HEART IS – Versatile duo of Aakash and Ankita at our design studio have created their gallery-esque home in Thane. This 430 sqft apartment in Kalyan whispers timeless elegance. SCANDINIVIAN PHILOSOPHIES have served as major inspiration. A square design has always made constant efforts in creating a space that reflects their move towards minimalism. The whole space is celebration of classic wall molding, rich textiles in various forms and quality objects.

The custom made royal blue sofa adds a lot of drama to the subtle white interiors of the living room, pastel shade woolen carpet, oak finished center table, brushed cotton velvet bench upholstery, oak and grey toned Tv cum study unit are all tactile elements that encourages one to explore the living room in many ways.

Glossy white laminate used on overhead shutters and undercounter drawers in kitchen makes the whole unit a lightweight structure bringing in ample of light and sense of larger area.

Master bedroom is no less stunning. All the walls painted in white organic paint by Asian Paints, grey headboard for the master bed brings in a little grandeur to the master room. A band painted in black from ceiling to floor adds a different dimension to the room. Texture, fabrics, lights, carpets, and little things coalesce together to breathe life into spaces. All material throughout the space have been chosen to resonate one simple thought – QUITE BEAUTY ...!
